Yes. Telemedicine is available when clinically appropriate for the service and your medical needs. Some concerns require an in-person examination, testing, treatment, or procedure and must be evaluated in the office.

Consultation length depends on the service. The client’s current scheduling plan lists sick visits at approximately 30 minutes, while chronic disease management, medical weight management, men’s health, testosterone and hormone therapy, hair-loss treatment, aesthetics, wellness supplements, and peptide therapy consultations are generally scheduled for approximately 60 minutes.

Direct Primary Care, or DPC, is a membership-based primary-care model in which patients pay the practice directly rather than relying on insurance for every included primary-care visit. Membership benefits and included services vary by plan.

Prescription weight-management treatment may be considered when clinically appropriate following an individualized evaluation. Care may also include nutrition, physical activity, behavioral strategies, metabolic evaluation, and other appropriate recommendations.

No. Peptide therapy is considered individually. Medical history, medications, symptoms, goals, laboratory findings when appropriate, potential risks, contraindications, evidence, and regulatory status are considered before a therapy is recommended.

No. LoGa Health provides a medical consultation to determine whether medical cannabis may be clinically appropriate. Certification is not guaranteed simply because it is requested.

LoGa Health considers symptoms, medical history, medications, lifestyle, physical health, and laboratory findings. Testosterone levels should not be interpreted in isolation, and additional evaluation may be needed to understand other possible contributors.

No. Patient messaging, website forms, and scheduling tools should not be used for medical emergencies or urgent health issues. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Visit the Insurance & Billing page for general billing information. Because plan participation, coverage, fees, and membership details may vary, current service-specific information should be confirmed directly with LoGa Health.
